We want you to be completely in love with your vibrant FARM Rio pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or reimbursement.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure box, ensuring all original brand tags and security seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
